传统塔式起重机采用继电器与接触器控制,笨重体积大、功能弱、成本高、可靠性差、易出现误操作或野蛮操作.而PLC体积小、功能强、成本低、可靠性高,最适合用作时序开关控制器.
常用的塔式起重机主要包括起升、回转、小车行走等三大机构,三大机构有着不同的要求并采用不同的调速方式.采用PLC作为核心对三大机构进行控制,同时采集超载、回转边界、行走边界等信息实现对塔式起重机的全面控制,提高效率、增加安全性.
本文根据塔式起重机三大机构的工作特性设计了一套塔式起重机的控制系统,并采用可编程控制器PLC来控制整个系统的运作.不仅为系统设置了安全保护装置,报警装置,而且还具备一定的防止误操作或野蛮操作的功能,还为系统增加了一个定时关机的功能.
结果表明,使用PLC替代传统的继电器控制电路来控制塔式起重机是行之有效的,能有效提高系统的调整性能和稳定性.

Traditional tower cranes used relays and contactors to control the system,which is bulky size,weak functions,high cost and poor reliability,easy to make misoperation or barbaric.
PLC,which is small,powerful,low cost,high reliability,the most appropriate timing for the switch controller,commonly used tower crane main lifting,turning,car running three agencies,three agencies have different requirements and different methods of speed control.Used the PLC ,which is regarded as the core of them,to control the three major agencies,collected at the same time overloading,turned the border that ran from the border and other information to achieve full control of tower cranes,improved efficiency,increased safety.
In this paper,we designed a tower crane's control system base on the characteristics of the three agencies of the tower crane ,and used programmable logic controller PLC to control the operation of the entire system.Not only set up a security system devices,alarm devices for the system,but also it has a certain brutal operation to prevent the misuse or the functionality,the system also adds a shutdown function of timing.
The results showed that it was feasible to replace traditional relay with PLC to control circuit to control the tower crane ,which can effectively improve the adjustments performance and stability of system
