The Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) [12] works in the standardization of a 3G mobile system based on
an evolved GSM core network and WCDMA radio access technologies.This system is the Universal Mobile
Telecommunication System (UMTS) that will be launched to the market in the near future.
