这两个run-on sentence
1.people find that the causes of climate change are not single and the effects that climate change has are different between developed and developing countries.
2.from the above it can be concluded that climate change is really a serious problem for the whole world,and which is here to stay,what people should do is to find solutions,it's not the responsibility for just developed countries or developing ones.
