Convincing arguments can be made that aids to developing countris may bring the locals numerous benefits.To start with,fanancial aid is one of the direct means to help the area where has the shortage of money.Therefore,with this help,many industries can carry out subjests s,such as construction,business trades,and so on.Moreover,international aid help those people in educational way.Specifically,there are a host of non government organizations building schools there and providing a wide range of shooling,so that many children are really benefit from them.L astly,advanced health care service are taken to poorer to help local health authorities to impove medical conditions.In other words,instead of suffering from the disease,medical aid can help people to .

后面实在看不下去了,完全不是英语.不知道怎么凑出来的东西,你要去考试的雅思是为了出国,出国是要你真正懂英文的,不然出去了也还是不会跟人交流,没办法学习有用么?
