they are seperated from each other for a decade.
they have a child,12 years old,they married
14 years old.right now,she is making a living
while her husband has been mentally ill at
home.Her husband and the son live together
while she lives in other place,they are
seperated.her husband has been caring
his child for 10 years.they live on
his parents' financial support plus
several hundred yuan from her.they
have no sex relationship with each other
for many,many years.so Why doesn't
she want to divorce with her husband?
does she have some hidden reason to
hide from her husband?

This is pretty obvious.The PRC law simply doesn't allow people under such condition to divorce.(I'm saying that if they're Chinese)
Well they could,but "she would certainly carry on more obliged duties,for instance,offering her ex-husband pensions and fostering her son etc..
