Time goes by quickly during this three years,as far as we concerned that the later period of the grade three in high school plays an important role in the daph to the future,consequently,rendering my perspective after thinking carefully.
There is no doubt that balance diet and some exercises can`t be treated as a usual thing in our spare time,because,health is the most necessary to others firstly which is the same to everyone.something in phsically influence our lives often and moods sometimes,doing some trainings can not only do benefits to
ourselves,but also can make more communications for us to others.Obviously,it can release our high pressure on education of the nervous period so that we will not seek in the some dieseases reliably.While,some mental factors also give us some influences in some different ways at the same time,many people who don`t like to talk with others or relie their knots in their mind will have disadvantages and problems easily,so,the regular method is very important,Then some plans about learning should be made as soon as we can,time is so limit for us now and cannot be wasted,a better plan can lead us to success easily,What is the most important,the rest time also should be looked serious so that the higher and more energy can be provided in the day time that can make a high efficiency learning in self-evdient.
Overall,in the conclusion,lots of important and serious elements should be payed attentions by us,it can not be changed at once,but a long process,so trying our best to obey those rules and realize them day by day is the solutions directly,as a result,more energie and higher positions can be got by us soon.
