The PARTNER shall grant a sub-license to the Client with respect to the operation of the DRANCO process.The PARTNER shall not grant such sub-license without the prior written consent of OWS,which shall be granted by OWS so long as said sub-license contains at least the essential contractual provisions listed in wording acceptable to OWS:
