为什么B是错的？

1）can you tell me 后面接what引导的宾语从句,要用陈述语序,即“主+谓”的形式,且引导词在句中担当从句的主语.
2）选A是因为：what(主) is(谓) the matter(表语或叫其他)恰巧符合“主+谓”的模式
3）不选B,是因为what the matter不能作为一个成分,同时作主语,而且也没有这种用法.
