文化产业这个名词对于中国人来说比较时髦,经常会挂在中国的一些从事文化管理工作的领导及相关人员嘴边,但文化真的产业化了吗?文化产业包括那些内容?我估计目前没有一个准确的答案.而且除中国之外的其它发达国家对于文化产业的定义也是不同的.我们不用去操心文化产业都包括那些行业,但有一点我们要提请重视,也是我要在本文中提出的项目核心价值,那就是文化产业一定建立在经济基础上的,一个国家的文化程度及文化产业发达程度一定是和它的经济基础成正比例的.目前中国经过了30年的改革发展在经济实力已经接近发达国家,但我国由于体制限制,文化产业化程度不高,同时高度的政府垄断,国民的整体素质不高及文化差异等因素,造成文化产业与发达的资本主义国家有着很大的差距.所以目前投资文化产业的资金量远远低于房地产,制造业等.但同时机会也在于此,由于中国的文化产业目前没有形成规范的行业模式及管理,投入小,资金回收快等优势显露出来,近期已经涌现出一批企业投资文化项目,比如“印象西湖”,音乐剧“蝶”,音乐剧“雪狼湖”创造了巡演10场的记录,累计投入1亿元人民币,总收入4.3亿人民币.创造了演出商业奇迹.
