Eating is importan for us.What and how should to be healthy?
First,we must have enough food and the food must be clean.We must cook it properly.Also,we should nevereat too much or too little.
Second,it is very important for as to keep a blandced diet.Different kinds of foods are necessary ,such as bread,meat,fish,eggs,milk,fruit and vegetable.Bread give us energy.Meat,fish,eggs and milk help our bones grow.Fruit and vegetables make us healthy.
Finaly ,we must realize that we should eat not only our favorite food but also healthy food.
