摘要：作为一种新型绩效管理工具,平衡积分卡给现代管理界带来了新思维的革命,其应用价值在企业中得到广泛的肯定,但由于我国中小企业本身存在的问题以及积分卡适用范围的限制,使得其在中小企业中难以发挥效用.当今中小企业在中国市场中占据及其重要的地位,为促进其健康发展壮大,很有必要研究平衡积分卡在中小企业中的应用问题.本文在阐明平衡积分卡涵义与特点的基础上,分析平衡积分卡在我国中小企业运用中存在的问题,在此基础上提出了推进平衡积分卡在中小企业体系的构建以及如何正确使用的问题.

Subject:The application of Balance Score Card (BSC) to Performance Management in Minor Enterprises.
Abstract:As a new tool for performance management,BSC brings revolution of new thought to modern management.Its value in application in enterprises has been widely affirmed.But duo to the existing problems in China's minor enterprises and the limitation of BSC applicable scope,this makes it difficult to play a effective role in minor enterprises.Today,minor enterprises hold a strong position in the Chinese market.For promoting the healthy development of them,it is necessary to study on how to implement the BSC in minor enterprises.This paper analyzed the problems existing in the application of BSC in China's minor enterprises through the clarification of the meaning and character of BSC.Then based on this,proposed a solution to the proper use and structure of the BSC in minor enterprises.
