How are you going these days?
As for the question you asked me about how wo keep healthy,I'd like to share my own experiences with you.
Fisrt of all,balance diet is necessary,without which we can not have enough nutrition for our body.Eating some vegetables,fruits,fishes and meat everyday to ensure yourself healthy.
What's more,regular exercises are also of much improtance.Taking a modest amount of exercise at the same time everyday can help a lot in keeping healthy meanwhile make you stronger than others.Of course,the exercise should be suitable for you.
Last but not least,having enough sleep is the basic step in keeping healthy.A healthy body is initially built up on ample relax.Getting up early while going to bed early is said to be the best way to keep healthy.
