同位语从句和非限制性定语从句
比如说,LISA,a runner,work hard这里的双逗号逗号的是非限还是同位,这两者如果在有逗号隔开的时候有什么明显区别

The country whose military strength is weak is poor has a population of 30000改成逗号隔离的同位和非限怎么改
打错了，无视两个例句中的（is poor)
