在信息化的今天,大众传媒的舆论领导地位越来越显著.与此同时,新闻评论的地位和作用也更多突出,其对社会舆论和人的思想观念的影响更加广泛.长久以来新闻界将新闻评论看作是议论文的派生体裁,同时将议论文的三要素也作为新闻评论的三要素.而我认为随着时代的发展新闻评论也应该跟上时代的步伐.新闻评论的不断发展是为了更加贴近生活,指导新闻实践,因此我想从新闻学的角度去探究一下新闻评论的要素.
本文则据此提出了新闻评论的“新三要素”—事实、事态和事理：“事实”是指新闻评论中所需引以为据的新闻事实,“事态”则是指所选新闻事实的发展变化的态势和过程,“事理”顾名思义即事物的道理.同时还据此探究了坚持这三要素的做法,以及它们之间不能混淆的区别和相辅相成不可分割的联系.

As we are in the information age now ,it is becoming more and more remarkable that mass media plays a leading role in public opinion.Correspondingly news comment play a more and more important part in affecting public opinion and values.For a long time,It has been widely accepted that argumentative is derived from news comment in the press.Also the three essential factors of argumentative are considered to be the same ones of news comment.Howver,in my opinion,news comment should keep up with the the development of the times.news comment should develope to be based on life and directing the practice of news.therefore,i want to explore the essential factors of news comment in the perspective of journalism .
In view of above,I put forwards three new essential factors of news comments in this article,that is truth,situation and sense.truth is what news reporting needed basing on.Situation is the course and the trend of the news .Sense is the sense of the news .then this article studies how to stick to these three essential factors and probes into the differences and relationships between them.
