WELCOME TO REAL DEAL UPGRADE!

PROGRAM NOTES:
Real Deal UpGrade must be run from the CD-ROM.
You must have browser software already installed on your computer.
You must install the ShockWave 8 Player in order
to use the Self Tests embedded in the program.
You must install QuickTime Version 4.1.2 if your version of
Real Deal UpGrade includes video (See the Resources section to see if
video is included).
Please be aware that running ShockWave and QuickTime concurrently with
your browser and system software may increase the listed memory
requirements.
You must install Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to use Learning Tips.
All necessary applications,except browser software,are included on this CD.
If you are using this software on the Mac OSX platform,you must be operating in "Classic Mode" in order to view any ShockWave elements that may be included with your title.
INSTALLING REAL DEAL UPGRADE FOR WINDOWS:
1.Insert the CD-ROM in your disc drive and close the door.
2.Click on the file titled "Install.exe" on the root level of the CD.
3.Follow instructions on the screen for installing necessary
applications.If you choose not to install the plug-ins during
installation and wish to do so later,they are located in a folder
titled "Plugins" on the root level of your CD.
4.It is recommended that you re-boot your computer after installing
all plug-ins.
LAUNCHING THE PROGRAM:
Click on the DESKTOP shortcut titled "Real Deal UpGrade" or open the
folder in your Program Manager called "Real Deal Upgrade" and click
on the file inside this folder named "Real Deal Upgrade".
TO UNINSTALL THE PROGRAM:
You can remove the program from your computer by clicking your
"Start" menu,then select "Settings","Control Panel","Add/Remove
Programs" and select "Real Deal UpGrade" from the menu.This
will launch an uninstall program that will completely remove the
"Real Deal UpGrade" program from your computer.It will not however,
remove the additional applications that you may have installed
with the program (Acrobat Reader,ShockWave,QuickTime).
TROUBLESHOOTING FOR WIN NT/2000 USERS:
If you are installing on these platforms,you will experience a
non-destructive error message when clicking on the Real Deal UpGrade
DESKTOP icon or the icon for Real De
