放 羊 的 孩 子Crying Wolf Too Often
这里是一个美丽的乡下,有茂密的森林、有清澈的小溪、有宽广的草地、有安宁的小村庄.村里的人,都和睦相处、互相帮助.
This is a beautiful country with a lot of good views,there are dense forests,broad grasslands,streams are clear and a tranquil village.All the residents get along with each other and willing to lend a helping hand to others.
村里的人,多是种田的,有的种着麦子、有的种着稻子.当然,田野里还有许多不同的蔬菜,比如说：黄瓜、白菜和菠菜,都是盛产的.
The people in the country live by farming,some plant wheat,some plant paddy.In the fields yield various fruitful vegetables as well,such as cucumber,cabbage and spinach.
在村庄的边上,也少不了许多瓜果,甜甜的橘子和桃子,都压弯了枝.房边的西瓜地里,也都是诱人的景色.
The edge of country,there are many melons,sweet oranges and juicy peaches are bending the branches.The fields of watermelons near the houses attracting the passengers.
除了种地的人,村里还有靠打鱼为生的.也有一两户人家,有时也会去山里打猎,有时深山里也能看到狼群出没.
Besides farming,some people live by fishing.There is one or two families sometimes go into mountains for hunting as well,on occasion,they would see wolves come and go in the remote mountains.
村里住了一户人家,只有父子两人,父亲年迈,在家做些零活.儿子还小,就整天赶着羊群去山坡上放羊.
There is one father lives with his young son in the village,the father is too old to do some odd jobs at home.His boy looks after sheep flock every day.
山坡上草很好,是放羊的好所在,但是也离山很近,如果狼从山里出来了,对羊是很危险的.村里的人,都对那孩子做出过警告.
On the hill covers a lot of fresh grass,it’s an ideal place to heading sheep,but,the sheep always at risk,as the hill closer to the mountain.All the people warned the boy of keeping away from this hill,because wolves live in the remote mountains and they always go around for food,they would come and kill your sheep while they smell out them.Unfortunately,boy ignored what they have told.
有一天,孩子放了半天羊,没啥事可做,闲的无聊,就要想个方法来取乐.
One day,the boy feels boning after half-day graze; he hung around on the hill wants to find a way for fun.
于是他放声大叫：“狼来了!狼来了!”村里的居民闻声,都拿了锄头和棍子,急忙的跑上山坡来,但啥也没看到.
And then,he cries:“help!Help!Wolf is coming; the wolf is coming!” The residents of the village pick up hoes and sticks run as fast as they can to the hill while they heard boy’s cry,but they saw nothing at the end.
孩子哈哈大笑说：“我只是叫着玩的,想看看你们跑来的样子,实在好玩又可笑.”
The boy burst out laughing,said that:” I’m just kidding.I would like to see the way you came; it’s really fun and ridiculous.”
村里的人都非常生气,只好都回去工作了.同时也告诫孩子,以后别再恶作剧了.
All the people are very angry with boy’s behavior and have to go back to work.At the same time,they warned boy to stop such prank.
过了些日子,孩子觉得放羊实在没啥可寻乐的,于是又想起了上回的事,他又放声大喊：“狼来了!狼来了!”
Few days later,the boy feels that graze sheep is an uninteresting job indeed,therefore,he thought the funny matter he has done last time and shouted aloud:” The wolf is coming!Wolf!”
像上次一样,村里的人又都放下了手边的工作,急忙忙地奔上山坡,但仍未见狼影.这次,村里的人可真气坏了.
As previously,the village people who have put aside the work of the hand,hurried off on the hill,but still don’t see the wolf.This time,people are filled with fury.
又过了好些时候,羊儿还在阳光下吃草.忽然,狼群从树丛中冲出,开始攻击羊群,放羊的孩子也害怕极了.
After several hours,when sheep are cropping on the grass under the sun,wolves rush out of the forest and began to attack sheep suddenly.The boy was scared.
于是,他急忙放声大喊：“狼来了!狼来了!快来救我呀!快来救我呀!”
He cries loudly:” The wolf is coming,the wolf is coming!Help!Help!”
但是,这次却没有一个村民赶来帮助了,大家都说,我们哪能总是被你骗呢!
But unfortunately,this time nobody comes and helps boy,they thought that this is just a same trick as before,we wouldn’t be cheated (fool again) again!
孩子急忙逃回了家,自己虽没受伤,但他的羊群,却都被饿狼杀死了.
The boy escapes death and goes back without any injure,but his sheep flock all were killed by starving wolves.
