barron上说if the fingers of flat right hand point in the direction of the field,and the thumb is in the direction of electron flow,the hand will push in the direction of magnetic force
princeton的搞得我头还要晕：point your thumb in the direction of V and your fingers in the direction of B.If q is postive,F points out of the palm.If q is negative,F points into the palm.
