4.2 Electricity
The electricity load is classified to grade 2 according its nature.
Based on local power network,one transformer station is to be set up to
produce alternative current with 3 phaes/4 line 380 v.Two diesel generator are for emergent uses.
4.2.2 List of Main Electrical Applications
To be worked out according to process requirements.
4 .2.3 Thunder Grounding
All the constructions in the factory require groundings.Power supply and transforming system are 380/220v alternative,3-phase and 4-line system.Duplicated grounding will be applied for power inlets with a transmitting distance more than 50 m,grounding resistance less than 10  ,while that for other constructions are less than 30 &

4.3 Auto Control and Instruments
Indicating instruments are applied for the factory according to process requirement.
4.4 Air Conditioning and Ventilation
7.4.1 Air conditioning
Since the weather is hot,most constructions are applied with air conditioning systems except warehouse,garage and shanties.
7.4.2 Ventilation
Mechanic ventilations are applied for product warehouse and other places where required
4.5 Communication,
Computer Network and Monitoring System to be in conformity with the production flow and the advanced management,combination of wire and wireless communication principle is applied in order to assure normal communications.Wiring of the communication will be arranged together with the computing local wiring network in the factory.200 telephone set will be installed.
Most of the rooms in the administration building as well as the living room and duty room will be equipped with one telephone set (total 50 telephones),while in various working areas,10 walker-talkers are applied.To be in conformity with the production flow and the advanced management,local computing network with relative number of computers will be applied.In order to monitor in timely the process flow situation,a computer monitoring system with 10 probes and 1 monitoring center is planed to set
4.6 Repair Facilities
The factory is designed to be a medium sized enterprise and therefore,main task of the repair shop is to solve any mechanic problems appear in the process flow.
Machinery repairing shop,tools room with common tools,test instrument and necessary repair equipment will be built in the factory.
4.7 Workshop Labs and Central Lab
Labs will be set up in relative shops for timely quality control in the process flow.
1 central lab will be set up to control and assure quality of the final product.
