摘要：近几年,中国商业银行的改革和发展一直引起社会各界的激烈争论和强烈关注,特别是在金融业全面开放的背景下,如何适应世界性的金融混业经营潮流及外资综合金融机构进入中国市场带来的严峻挑战,都是关乎国家金融安全和重要,随着金融全球化的发展趋势日益加剧,商业银行的竞争态势日趋激烈.金融业是一个国家的经济命脉,而银行业则是一个国家金融业的主体,银行业的重要性是不言而喻的.由于我国履行WTO的承诺,金融业的放开,大量优秀的外资银行进入到我国,这势必加大我国银行业的竞争,如何有效加强我国上市商业银行的经营效率是摆在广大银行业一道重要课题.我国上市商业银行作为我国银行业发展的前端力量,对于如何改善经营管理,促进银行业的发展显得更加任重道远.
因此,本文就商业银行的盈利模式,盈利模式中所存在的问题,能影响盈利能力的因素等多方面进行研究

Especially under the backgroud of the complete opening of our country's financial industry. How to adapt to the world trend of financial mixed operation and the challenges, which were caused by the foreign financial institutions entering into the Chinese market, which are very important to our country's financial security. Follow the growing development of financial globalizaion trend, the increasingly competition of commercial banks is getting more and more fierce everyday.

The financial industry is the economic lifeline of a country and the banking industry is the main body of the financial industry. So, the importance of the banking industry is not difficult to see. Because of our country has to carry out the promise made to the WTO, the opening of the financial industry, which has brought a great number of fine foreign capital banks into our country. This without a doubt, is bound to increase competition in China's banking industry. How to effectively enhance our country's listed commercial banks' operating efficiency Is an important task placed in front of our banking industry. As the front end power of China's banking industry development, our country's listed commercial banks about how to improve management, and promote the banking industry development has become greater and greater responsibilities.

Therefore, this paper bases on the profit pattern of the commercial banks, the existing problems in the profit pattern and factors, which could affect the profitability etc and the studies of these serveral aspects has been carried out.
