运用区域规划思想,规划城市经济,将城市业态调整为循环可持续发展的模式,增加城市第三产业的经济,并将城市区域划分为教育区,历史文化区,商业区,居住区,soho区,和河边亲水区,着重设计河边亲水区,将河边亲水区分为,亲水沙滩去,亲水戏水区,湿地公园,并且将绿色资源充分利用到了城市之中,城市的生态绿化自然而然的融入到城市之中.
