Each summer,mother will take me to swim,because I love to swim.This summer vacation is not exceptional also,of course,look!Mom was calling me.
每年夏天,妈妈就带我去游泳,因为我喜欢游泳.这个暑假也不例外,当然,看!妈妈在叫我.
Before,I was set with circle swim,brothers and sisters looked at swimming,I envy,so this year,I have to learn to swim.Once learned,I won't envy them!
以前,我都是套着游泳圈游的,看着哥哥姐姐们游泳,我很羡慕,所以今年,我要学游泳了.等学会了,我就不会再羡慕他们啦!
Coach of the swimming class is two men and one woman,I follow the woman coach freestyle.Before swimming,we need to warm up,otherwise the water leg cramps,and even have dangerous life!
游泳班的教练是两男一女,我跟那位女教练学自由泳.游泳前,我们要先热身,不然下水腿会抽筋,甚至会有生命危险呢!
Under the water,the coach taught us first kick,kick to do?Is your legs crossed,small bobbing back quickly.I did all wrong for several times,I asked myself:"how do I learn not?" Coach heard said:"it doesn't matter,take your time." Had the coach's encouragement,I confidently practice,a leg is getting better and better.
下了水,教练先教我们打腿,打腿怎么做呢?就是双腿夹紧,小退快速上下摆动.我做了好几次都是错的,我自言自语到：“怎么我就学不会呢?”教练听了说：“没关系,慢慢来.”有了教练的鼓励,我信心十足地练习,打腿越来越好了.
The coach taught us rowers.Stroke is much more simple,as long as both hands and qi,draw a circle with one hand,delimits after a change another one
接下来教练教我们划手.划手就简单多了,只要双手并齐,一只手划一圈,划完一只换另一只.
At last,the coach taught us take a breath.Ventilation is to draw a hand,cephalic,breath.But when I take a breath,total lift high enough,drank several saliva,makes me really upset.But somehow,gradually,I could take a breath,it's strange!
Through the study of this summer holiday,I finally learned to crawl.Now,I can be like a fish in the water to go free,do you envy me?
最后,教练教我们换气.换气就是划一只手时,头侧一下,吸一口气.可是我换气时,头总抬得不够高,喝了好几口水,呛得我真难受.可不知怎的,渐渐地,我竟会换气了,真奇怪啊!
通过这个暑假的学习,我终于学会了自由泳.现在,我可以像鱼儿一样在水里来去自由了,你们羡慕我吗?
