Besides lung cancer ,heavy smokers are likely to get heart attacks and other diseases such as chronic cough. Thus, smoking is definitely a health hazard. Many people have appealed to the government to ban smoking altogether. •Teenagers must be warned of the dangers of smoking; tobacco companies should not be permitted to advertise on television or radio, or in newspapers and magazines; smokers must be forbidden to smoke in public places •In a word, one's self-consciousness is very important.
