摘 要
改革开放以来,中国经济持续快速增长,工业化进程不断推进,我国对能源的需求不断增加,与此同时中国自有能源生产能力越来越不能满足日益快速增长的能源需求,因此我国企业开始积极开展对外能源投资.近年来,我国在国外开展了一系列大规模的能源投资,这些投资遍布全球,涉及到多种能源的开发,为我国的能源安全提供了重要保障.这些投资对于企业来说,有助于降低能源的采购成本和缓和供给压力,通过海外扩张,获得再次的高速发展.同时也存在一些问题,阻碍着我国对外能源投资的良好发展.
本文通过对我国对外能源投资的理论依据、发展历程、发展模式进行研究,得出我国对外能源投资的动因,并通过SWOT分析方法分析了当前我国对外能源投资实践中的优势、劣势、障碍和机遇.全文分为五个部分.引言是第一部分,主要介绍了本文的选题背景、研究目的和研究方法.第二部分结合几种主要的对外投资理论对我国对外能源投资进行了理论解读.第三部分阐述了我国对外能源投资的发展历程、现有模式和基本业绩.第四部分分析研究了中国企业对外能源投资动因.第五部分提出了我国对外能源投资的战略选择.
