用for/of要看那个形容词是否可以修饰那个sb.

例：It’s difficult for me to find it.（对我来说,找到它是很难的）
difficult是不可以用来修饰人的,总不能说“你很困难”吧?
可以用来修饰sb的,用of（意思是“某人干什麽事是很···的”）
例：It’s kind of you to help me.（你帮了我,真是好人）
kind是可以修饰人的,所以要用of!
