关于强化会计监督的思考
【摘要】会计监督是《会计法》的重要组成内容,是会计机构会计人员的主要职责,也是会计工作中的一项基本职能,是提高会计信息质量,维护正常会计秩序的有效保障措施.在会计核算工作中只有实施完善而有效的会计监督,会计核算的原则、规则和法规才能得到顺利而准确地贯彻和执行,才能保证所产生的会计信息具有真实性、完整性、有效性.目前,我国出现很多会计信息失真的情况,我国会计监督存在着严重的问题,要加强和完善会计监督职能.必须从加强法律体系建设、建立健全企业内部监督机制、加强外部监督、加强单位负责人的会计监督责任、培养高素质的会计人员等几个方面着手.所以要发挥会计监督职能必须了解会计监督内涵、准确把握现阶段会计监督现状及存在的问题.本文通过对当前会计监督现状的了解,分析其产生的原因,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策与建议.

【 abstract 】 accounting supervision is an important component of the accounting law contents,is accounting offices and accounting personnel's main responsibilities,is also one of the accounting work,basic functions,is to improve the quality of accounting information,and to maintain the normal order of the effective safeguard measures of accounting.In the accounting work only perfect and effective implementation of accounting supervision,accounting principles,rules and regulations can be smooth and accurate implementation and execution,and to ensure that the accounting information has produced the authenticity,integrity,effectiveness.At present,our country appear many of the distortion of accounting information situation,our country accounting supervision and there are serious problems,to strengthen and improve accounting supervision function.Must strengthen the construction of legal system from,and to establish the enterprise internal supervision mechanism,strengthen external supervision,strengthen the accounting supervision unit chief responsibility,training of high-quality accounting personnel and so on several aspects.So to play accounting supervision function must understand accounting supervision and connotation,accurately grasp the present accounting of prison
