shipment 600m/t"the exporter completed the frist shipments of 1600m/t in April and May separately and got payment smoothly; but the shipment in June of 800m/t could not be effected until July 12 because of the late sailing date ; and in the meantime ,July shipment of 600m/t was loaded on the same vessel in July 15.Later on Koste received the fax from the remitting bank to the effect that they refused to pay the last two shipment.
please discuss what kind of mistake Koste had made in making delivery?And the reason for
dishonour by the remitting bank?
