In my opinion, each of the two groups has the right to define how land is to be used in each specific area, i.e. the farmers decide how to use their framland, and the suburban residents decide how to use their residential land. Should there be a call for a decision to be made on land per se, I believe that there should be a committee composed by people voted from both groups. Through data collecting, researching and debating, hopefully, an agreement will be reached.
