Time goes a little bit fast,today is my
third week to work in the daycare,I still feel excited.Today when I get to
the daycare,I start play with children and help the educator when she is buzy
for change the diaper.When I play and observe children,I found a kid,his
name is Paulo,he is crying a lots,and only stop for few seconds and then continue
crying.I ask the educator what happened to this child,and the educator tell
me,Paulo is anxious,he miss his mom.When Paulo still crying,I try to
comfort him,I try to let he calm down by holding him and rock him,finally he
stop crying.After play and observe these children,I learn that these children
are very sensitive,if they are anxious,they will cry a lots,and never stop,
but if they are happy or exciting,they may show you a smile or laughing or
giggleing.Children’s emotion are changeable.It’s important to know and
observe their facial expression,in order to respond what they needs.

Today is my fouth weeks for doing my
internship.When I got to the daycare this morning,only some kids in there,
the educator prepare some art materials for the children.Today we do an art
activity with children,we do an apple printing,it’s a creative activity,but
seems like not too many of kids interests for doing apple printing.So we
finish this activity earlier.After finish this activity,as the unusual,we
bring there children to the outdoor area,let them do the free play on that
area.When I see these children play,I feel so excited and happy to see them
enjoy to play.
After almost an hour,we go back to the
class,and I help the educator to prepare the lunch for there children.We do
the routine as unusual.After finish today’s stages,I learn more about how to
plan some good and interested activity for toddler kids.In order to make them participate
the activity,we need to find what’s their real interests are important before
plan the activity is very important.
