TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT
Termination of employment may be effected by the company or the employee at any time by giving ONE (1) day’s or ONE (1) month’s written notice during and after probation,respectively.In the event that inadequate notice is given,the party terminating the employment contract shall be required to pay compensation in lieu of the shortfall in notice,based on the last drawn salary.However,if you misconduct or disobey the employer’s instructions during the notice period,you may be asked to leave the company immediately without the company having to pay any compensation in lieu of the shortfall in notice.
OTHERS
You shall at all times conduct yourself with integrity and not cause or calculate to cause any detriment to the company’s reputation,image and interest.You are not allowed to bring any of the pirated software or program or files which may infringe the Copyright Act of Singapore into our company’s premises; and also not allowed to download nor copy nor remove any software or program or files from our company’s computers.You shall comply with the company’s rule and regulations whether expressed or implied and to observe all the company’s work procedures or policies,including safety rules upon commencement of employment with us.In case of any dispute over issues not covered by this contract,only the Courts and laws of Singapore shall apply in any litigation.
On successful completion of your contract of employment with the company,you will be given a “return flight ticket” to your country or last place of departure.
You are required to sign and oblige by the Mutual Agreements held between you and our Company for the OJT and External Training Programme and Amount Withheld for IRAS Income Tax Clearance during your contract of employment with us.
Kindly refer to the attached Employee Handbook for other terms and conditions of your employment with the company.
Please indicate your acceptance of this offer of employment by signing the duplicate copy of this letter and returning it to us immediately.

聘用的终止

任何时间,你的行为都要严肃端庄,不要因为你的行为影响到公司的名誉,形象和利益.你不能将会违反新加坡版权法的任何私人的软件,项目或文件带入公司.你也不允许从公司的电脑下载,拷贝或携带任何公司的文件,项目或软件.你必须遵守公司的规章制度,无论是施行的或预计施行的,执行公司的操作规程和政策,包括
合同前签订的安全制度.假如有些准争议的条款未写入合同,都要法院和新加坡的法律进行解决.
为了你与我公司的聘用能够成功的完成,我们将会为你提供一张回国或返回最后离开地方的机票.
在合同期间,你要签署和履行一份与我们OJT公司的相互同意书和培训项目以及irs收入税明细单.
对于其他的条款我们还会给你提供一本员工手册和你进入我公司的条件.
