Assembly Drive Head
The following operation is necessary if the drive does not correctly move to the syringe,a F-05defect or if the contact switch causes problems detecting the syringe plunger(fix open).in case of a F-05 error make sure the latest software(1.10 or 2.10)is installed before doing the adjusttements ,as the latest software might solve the problem.
From the 1.10/2.10 versions the adjustement of contact and force sensor can be checked,hold 100ml down and 1ml down key in the Volume window and start up the pump .in the LCD display the EndPos window allows to check Contact and force sensor.When no force is applied to the pressure sensor bolt 70600 the contact value should be 1023(second line)and the pressure reading 2…5(ADln on third line) When a force is applied,the value of the contact switch should go below 400 and the pressure reading increases.
Calibration lr the pressure offset is also very important for a correct functioning of the drive ,Adjust in the Service Mode Addr.17 until display is between 2-5(No syringe in the pump).
In some cases the exchange of the membrane 70590 and the pressure bolt 70600 may be necessary .if the signals do not react at all the pressure pcb has to be replaced.

3.carefully assemble the cover 70740 and make sure the positioning bolts engage correctly into the force sensor before tightening the screws.The long screws are close to the tube.the shorter ones at the large radius.clean the cover before sticking the pvc foil ( remark.the foil must be on the head for proper functioning of the drivel)
4.Exchange of membrane 70590 and bolt 70600,remove spring plate and pressure print(attached with double sided tape )and insert membrane in the right position.Attach pressure pcb .again with double sided tape and reassemble drive head (see 3) ,if the pressure print is faulty the cable has to be carefully unsoldered.When soldering the new pcb.Make sure not short circuits occur.
5.important After disassembly always adjust in the Service Mode Addr.17until display is between 2-5(NO syringe in the pump)
