“ Accounting law of People’s republic of China “ revised and performed On July 1 ,2000 is the radical law of the accounting work of our country under the principle of which our country issued in succession accounting standards of administrative institution ,accounting standards for business enterprises( ready-made thirty eight concrete / definite accounting standards for business enterprises ) and budget accounting system,enterprise accounting system (without the classification of industries),accounting system for financial institutions,accounting system for small business enterprise in the first month of 2005.up to now ,one set of relatively complete accounting laws and regulations has been formed .Undergoing the development and transformation with a long time ,we have had some places that need successively to be improved and completed .Referring to the frame construction of accounting laws and regulations of our country and the cooperation and subordination with other relevant laws and regulations and the accountants’ management standards and laws and regulations on which this text had expanded its discussion with a hope to be of great assistance to the accounting research through the particular clarification of this text upon accounting system.
