In my opinion,if you take oral English test when in the interview,you will face both its advantage ang disadventage.
The advantage is that,if your oral English is pretty enough,you will be highly thought of by the interviewers,which may be good for your application.
On the contrary,the disadvantage is that,if your oral English is just so-so,or a little bad,your impression,perhaps,be affected by that.
