——关于我国会计信息失真的研究
摘 要 ：会计信息,在以价值指标反映的经济信息总量中占绝对比重,是一个既关系到微观经济管理,又关系到宏观经济评估、调控的重要因素.会计信息是否真实、完整、正确,关系到能够如实、正确地反映其经济活动状况和经营成果.现阶段我国出现的会计信息严重失真现象,使人们认识到会计信息失真是一个国际性、历史性的问题,也是世界各国当前需要着力研究解决的重大问题.本文归纳了近十年来专家学者对我国会计信息失真的研究成果,并分别从会计信息失真的概念、成因以及对策角度对会计信息失真的现象进行了总结,在此基础上,简要的进行了评价和总结.
