剑龙为一种巨大的恐龙,生存于侏罗纪晚期四只脚的食草动物.
它们被认为是居住在平原上,并且以群体游牧的方式和其它如粱龙的食草动物一同生活.
它的背上有一排巨大的骨质板,以及带有四根尖刺的危险尾巴来防御掠食者的攻击.大约可达 12公尺长和 7 公尺高,可重达4 吨.
