我在某公司A部门实习,因A没OPEN,经推荐B部门老大说他们有空缺职位,让我去谈谈,上周谈完后我说很喜欢他们的工作,愿意去他们那边工作,然后他说：
“Thanks for your interests in this job.I’ll follow up this and keep you posted with any progress.”
等了几天,我是应届生正在求职中,所以正在很着急,因为很喜欢这份工作,可B老大还没有消息.就又发了份MAIL给他,下文：
Dear manager;
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work in your team which I like very much,but I’m not sure when I can go to your team.So could you give me your advice about this?If it’s sure that I can get the offer and work in your team,I will concentrate on preparing for this job and no need to do other things on my job.Thank you!Hope I can work for you!
昨天发的,今天他回复：
“Andrew,Sorry for the late response.I am working on the paperwork now,stay tuned.”
这里的paperwork是说在忙他自己的工作还是说正在处理我调到他们部门的事务?还有接下来我该怎么办?

从他的回信来看,可以理解成他们决定聘用你.但是对你的来说,我建议你还是不要天天等着这个工作的好.如果用人单位是比较正规的企业,姑且可信（但是你最好还是这边找工作这边等）；如果用人单位不正规,他们当然希望把你作为一个很好的人才储备,需要的时候随传随到,不需要的话,反正对他们没什么损失,但对你可能就错过了求职的最好机会.
