Nowadays, English has become a universal language. To overcome the language barriers is not difficult, if we have a good command of English. A man who speaks English owns a valuable tool of communicating with others throughout the world. Therefore, it is becoming increasingly important for us to learn English well. There is no short cut to learning English. The mastery of English can be brought about only by daily study and incessant drill. The more we practice it, the more progress we will make. Since early childhood, I have begun the learning of English. However, I am still not good at English. Because English is not my mother tongue and because I usually use Chinese in my daily life, I have little chance to practice English. No wonder I make poor progress in the study of English. Although I find English difficult to learn, I still keep up interest in English. I will do my best to learn it well, for I think a good command of English will be helpful to me in the future.

　　In our busy and modern society,nomatter completing work or promoting daily life quality,effective cooperating with others is very important.If we have a good command of cooperating skills,it will be helpful for us to fulfil our daily work with paying out less time and energe.Of course,we can also learn much from cooperating.
　　When we cooperate with the favorable ones,common opinine and mutual faith make us more easy to share happiness and distress in daily woke.The other way round,if he&she is unfriendly ,we can pay more attention to our woke not the partner,incresingly we will find it easy to have a good cooperation in the future.

　　When we cooperate with someone we like, we will feel very happy. And we can share our pleasure and sadness with him. But it can be difficult to be cooperative with someone we dislike. In such a situation, we may focus on our work, instead of our partner. Perhaps in working together with him for a long time, we’ll learn that he is a man to get along well with.
