From my point of view, I think there are three important aspects as follows:
1. Guest list
Guest list is essential at the beginning of planning corporate hospitality. Guest list is helpful to know the guests or attendees before we meet them. Knowing the name, profession and title of each guest can help us get well prepared for hospitality.
2. Type of event
A good type of event can make the hospitality impressive and enjoyable. We should be clear in mind what the purpose of the event is. The purpose determines whether the event is, for example, a business conference, a product launch, or a dinner party.
3. Business etiquette
During corporate hospitality, we should always be aware of etiquette. Following certain etiquette is a way of showing politeness and respect to guests or attendees, and can make it easy to build good relationship with them as well as help us shape corporate image.
