这里为什么 is 也省略掉这样不是没有动词了吗?
i served her yesterday
she is the women (who) i served yesterday.
那这里 is 怎么没省略掉?感觉有点矛盾--

我举个例子你就明白了：
【Who served you?】谁服务你的?
【Tom.】是汤姆.
因为句子问是谁,所以简单回答一个人就可以了,省略了一些部分,简化了句子,实际上应该是：
【Tom （served you）.】
同样道理,题目的回答只是一个人就可以了,【the woman】
那么后面一大堆的东西是定语,表示【.的】
至于为什么可以省略,是因为当定语从句中,【引导词后是be+ing形式时】,引导词和be 动词均可省略,记住就好
至于你的第二句为什么【is】没有省略呢?是因为这里的【is】不是出现在定语从句中,而是一个句子的【谓语】,因此根据语言习惯不可省略
