一个英语定从与强调句的问题
It was the belief ____ Alex Harley could fine his "root" in Africa ____ made him decide to go to Gambia.
本题第一空答案是that引导同位从没有问题,但是第二空答案是that整句作强调句,我想请问为何不可以把第二空理解为引导后面的一个定语从句呢?

你可以把belif后到made前用括号括起来
