简介
单向阀是只允许液流向一个方向流动,而不允许反向流动的阀.它可用于液压泵的出口,防止系统油液倒流；用于隔开油路之间的联系,防止油路互相干扰；也可作旁通阀,与顺序阀、减压阀、节流阀和调速阀并联,从而组合成单向顺序阀、单向减压阀、单向节流阀和单向调速阀等.
单向阀的选用应根据单向阀的不同场合,确定其开启压力,用作背压阀一般选用开启压力较高的单向阀,只是作为控制单向流动油液的单向阀,可选用开启压力较低的单向阀.
单向阀的主要用途如下：
1、安装在液压泵出油口,为了防止系统压力突然升高而损坏液压泵.防止系统中的油在泵停机时倒流回油箱.
2、安装在回油路中作为背压阀.
