天敌昆虫是害虫生物防治的重要部分.纵观世界上的害虫生物防治历史,赤眼蜂是现代农林害虫生物防治研究历史上历时最长、应用范围最广、防治面积最大、治虫效果最好的一类天敌昆虫.赤眼蜂属是全世界害虫生物防治中研究最多、应用最广的一类卵寄生性天敌,广泛用于防治玉米、水稻、棉花、蔬菜以及森林害虫.国内外许多学者对其生物学和生态学特性开展了大量的基础研究工作,为应用赤眼蜂防治农林害虫奠定了理论基础.
顶梢卷叶蛾(Spilonota lechriaspis Meyrick)为苹果属的各种果树重要害虫.对果树的新梢具有重大危害.近年来有关该虫的生物防治、抗药性发展及其治理、综合治理等方面,取得了大量既典型又有普遍意义的研究成果.防治顶梢卷叶蛾主要依赖施用化学杀虫剂.但庞大的防治费用和顶梢卷叶蛾高速增长的抗药性,令其防治工作前途暗淡.目前,顶梢卷叶蛾几乎对现有的杀虫剂都产生了不同程度的抗性.抗性的产生,化学防治的失败以及对生态环境等问题的考虑,世界范围内越来越多的研究者正在寻求有效的顶梢卷叶蛾综合治理和非化学防治的新途径.
在诸多赤眼蜂中,不同的赤眼蜂对顶梢卷叶蛾的寄生效能存在差异.在赤眼蜂控制顶梢卷叶蛾的实际应用中,赤眼蜂的种类和释放蜂群的密度对防治效果影响颇大.密度过小,不能达到理想防治效果,密度过大时会产生浪费,增加成本.因此有必要筛选优良蜂种,且研究此种赤眼蜂合理的密度.本论文在此思路和研究的基础上进行,研究多种赤眼蜂对顶梢卷叶蛾卵和米蛾卵的非选择性和选择性的寄生效能,研究对顶梢卷叶蛾寄生效能高的赤眼蜂在不同益害比下对顶梢卷叶蛾卵的寄生率,通过对单只赤眼蜂寄生顶梢卷叶蛾卵能力的研究,为田间释放该种赤眼蜂选择最佳益害比提供依据.
