2.我估计你问的是不是出现表示推测/可能性的“情态动词 + have done sth/be doing sth”做句子谓语时,其反意疑问句的使用吧?
如果是must/can/could/may/might用在句中表示推测时,其反意疑问句必须根据句意和其时间状语（从句）来进行具体判断.

1）You must be sleeping at that time,weren't you?
去掉must,根据句意和时间状语at that time,原句变化为You were sleeping at that time.
2）You can't have been to Beijing before,haven't you?
