请问为什么都是over the.一段时间,前者选D,后者选C?

第一题B,因为我觉得是在接下来的时间里逐渐和持续发展的,所以应该用进行时.
第二题B,因为我觉得每晚都在,一个类似于常态的状态,应该用一般过去式.
请问这两道题为什么以及我哪里错了?

1. Our friendship developed quickly over the weeks that followed.这道题我想了很久,还上了 google 查了很多网站!虽然我第一眼会选择D,但这道题其实无论选哪一个,语法都是对的,只不过表达的意思都稍微不同.

如果你选B,你在强调友谊发展的一个过程.如果选D,只是在简单的提起你们的友谊是在那个时候发展的.也就是说你把这个友谊的发展当成一个过程的话,可以选B.把它当成过去发生的一件事,就选D.
我真的觉得是这道题的问题,不是你的问题!选ABCD其实都没错.

2. Tom has been working in the library every night over the last three months.汤姆在过去的三个月里每晚都有去图书馆读书.－这代表他今晚也一样去了图书馆.从过去开始,现在还正在进行的话,就要用 perfect continuous tense. 重点是目前还在进行着.比如－She has been eating for the past 2 hours. 这句话代表她从两个小时前开始吃,一直吃到现在还没吃完,还正在吃,所以用 "has been eating"如果是一般过去式,就代表现在已经不再进行中了.
