This article studies the measures to retain the core staffs of an enterprise though four sections.The first section summarizes the features of the core staffs starting from the definition of core staffs.The second section briefly describes the tangible and intangible cost brought to an enterprise due to the running off of its core staffs.The third section analyzes the reasons of running off of core staffs from both internal and external factors.The fourth section is the most part of this article,it proposes a series of measures for retaining the core stafs for an enterprise,including paying more attention to the recruitment link,retaining core staffs with good treatment,good environment,good job prospect,reversed incentive method,establishing a perfect recall mechanism,etc.,so as to ratain the core staffs of an enterprise and ensure the core competitive power and sustainable development capability of an enterprise.
