10-1 由于战争、重大火灾、水灾、台风、地震、除此之外的不可抗力导致任何一方无法履行本合同的义务（支付款项的义务除外）时,除了本条第2项所规定的义务之外不承担任何责任.
10-2 由于本条10-1的原因无法履行业务的,当事人应立即以电子邮件或传真通知对方所发生的情况并商讨对策.
1If either Party cannott fulfill its obligations (except those about effect payment) under this Contract due to war,major fire,flood,typhoon,earthquake and other force majeure,all of the obligations (except those in ARTICLE 2 under this Contract) shall be relieved
If a party fails to perform this Contract owing to reasons in 10-1,it shall inform the other Party of the conditions of force majeure promptly via email or facsimile and discuss on the solutions.
2.In the case where any of the parties hereto fails to perform any of its obligations hereunder (excluding payment obligations hereunder) by reason of wars,fires,floods,typhoons,earthquakes or other causes of comparable seriousness beyond its control,the party shall not be held accountable for such breach,except for the obligations set forth in Article 10.2 below.
