Terms and conditions
I enclose my remittance in payment of the non refundable registration fee,cheques are made payable to XX school,and apply to enrol my chlid.I accept the following terms and conditions:
1.On acceplance of this application I will pay deposit to XX school
which will be refunded,without interest,when the child leaves the school,on paper notice or payments in lieu thereof,less any amounts which are then due and payable to the school.
2.Withdrawal of school must be given in writing to the school in advance of 60 days or more.Or eles,the Security Deposit will be forfeited.
3.Each term's fees shall be paid before the commencement of the school term to which it relates and such fees are not refundable in whole or part.I am aware that I may have to pay a surcharge for late payment.
4.I agree that my child/ward must abide by the school rules and regulations ,and support the ideals of the school.
5.I understand that the promotion of my child/ward is not automatic but rather,subject to his school performance.
6.I agree that my child's/ward's photograph and/or work may be uesd by the school for school promotional matenrial,at no coat to the school.
7.I understand that cover for personal accident insurance or loss of personal possessions is my responsibility.
8.I understand that responses in all testing must be solely those of my chlid/ward.
