A和原文错在比较的对象是challenges - the Inuit People,而实际上要比较的是尼安德特人面临的“挑战”和因纽特人面临的“挑战”；
B只是把形容词做定语换成了定语从句,E只是调整了语序,但它们都和A的意思是一样的；
D的意思是尼安德特人面临的挑战不必“面临因纽特人”更艰巨.
只有C清晰地表达了“尼安德特人面对的挑战”不比“因纽特人面对的挑战”更严峻的意义.
