Playing computer games has it's pros and cons.
Computer games can also be a form of mind simulation, having to think or strategize in the game will give your brain a work out. It can be liken to solving a Mathematics puzzle or riddle because one has to use his brain to think of his next move. Playing computer games is also cost efficient because you can enjoy multiple types of games with just a computer.
On the other hand, playing too much of computer games will have a toll on one's health. For example. staring at the screen for long hours or sitting in the same posture might cause one's vision to deterioriate and to have backache. Some gamers became too engross in playing and ended up skipping meals or doing nothing except spending most of their day in front of the computer. Violent games might also cause one to develop some violent tendency and to mimic some of the negative shown in the games.
