Nowdays, more and more people don`t value their healths. They always stay up late,do less exercise and eat much junk food and so on.So these bad habits make them ill and unhealthy. Do you know how to keep in good health? If you don`t know,then let me show you how to do.Firstly（First of all,At first), you`d better drink at least eight glasses of water every day. Then(Secondly), you`d better exercise very often such as running,playing all kinds of ball sports,taking walks and so on Next(Thirdly), you`d better eat more vegetables and eat less junk food.At last(Finally),you`d better have at least eight hours` sleep and drink a glass of milk before you go to bed .
2.My future life in 10 years
I think my life in ten years will be very colorful and interesting.I will be a helpful doctor. I will never get tired even if I have to work for eleven hours.Because I will solve many patients` illness/disease problems such as heart diseases,lung diseases and so on,and patients will be very healthy and happy and they will really appreciate me. I will be an excellent doctor and I will make much money for my parents.I will use my money to buy a big and beautiful villa for them,and make them live happily. Nowdays,English has been welcomed by more and more people.And it is the most
important language in the world.But do you know how to learn it better?Well,the first thing that you`re supposed to do is to trust yourself.Secondly,you have to prepare one notebook for making notes in English class.Thirdly,you must review what you have learnt and do more extracurricular exercises because practice makes perfect.Finally,you must read two or three pieces of newspapers,listen to some English music and watch one or two movies every day.And you can't give it up at any

4.My day
Everybody has his own day,so do I.I often have a busy and interesting day.In the morning,I usually get up at 6,and then brush my teeth,wash my face and then have breakfast.At noon,I have lunch,after that,I must help my parents do some housework.In the afternoon,I often have to finish my homework and then go(to) play soccer with my companies.In the evening,I usually watch cartoons with my little brother and go to sleep at 11.
5.My lifestyles in summer holiday
Everyone has different lifestyles,so do I.In my summer holiday,I often get up at six,and I have breakfast with my families. Then,I go to play basketball with my partners.At noon,we have lunch together and spend time playing billiards.And in the afternoon,we still go to fly kites in the park.We think playing sports more can help us keep in good health.And in daily life,I usually eat healthy food like vegetables and fruits and seldom eat meat.But I don`t smoke or drink beer,for I think they may make me sick.So these are my lifestyles in summer holiday,so how about yours?
