有这么一句话："It is perfectly possible to devise a deflationary strategy which raises unemployment by the same amount as present plicies,and therefore has just as big an effect on prices and earnings (whatever that may be ),but is not biased against industries which compete with foreign suplier`s."我所不能理解的是这一部分：and therefore has just as big an effect on prices and earnings (whatever that may be ),我看不懂这部分的语法,以我的理解,这句话应该表述成：and therefore has just as big AS an effect on prices and earnings CAN BE .而作者如是表示,觉得语法上难以理解,意思的理解因而也就变得模糊了.

再问： "as big an effect "当中的 as big 怎么理解？为什么作者不说 as big as an effect 。。。can be?也许"as + adj+ n" 是一种固定的用语？

再问： 这里 as 是什么词性？
再答： so 也是副词，修饰形容词 big，等于 in a greatly thorough way。 分析结构不能坐井观天，要全面地看，不要看到 so big 就联想到 so big as 这种比较结构。
再问： 句子中没有so 只有as。 as可以理解成prep，理解成如同的意思？语法上怎么觉着有点别扭。
再答： 不别扭，你可这样理has just (as big) an effect on prices and earnings 可以改写为 has just an effect (in an equally thorough way) on prices and earnings. 前面看错了，不是 so，不过 as 也可以用作副词表示“同样地”，修饰形容词 big，即“在价格和收入方面会同样显著地（或成功地）取得一种效果”
